Tori Tolan-Lombardi

Teacher: Piano/ Flute

Victoria (Tori) Tolan began her journey as a musician 20+ years ago and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She started her teaching career in 2010 while still in college and taught in the community music school division at Stetson University.

In 2012, Tori moved to Connecticut where she continued her passion of teaching flute and piano. She maintained a flute/piano studio of 25-35 students in Connecticut until recently moving to North Carolina.

In addition to her studio, Tori instructed flute for beginning band camps, planned many student recitals and organized various music festivals.

Tori also performed in Connecticut with The Hartt School’s Capital Winds Ensemble, a flute duo, and guitarist locally. She is also well versed in the audition process and her students in Connecticut were frequently accepted into CMEA Regionals ensembles, the New England Music Festival Association, and the Springfield Youth Orchestras. Most recently, she was a judge for the Florida Flute Association College Young Artist Competition.
