Prior to his studies in NY, he also studied piano and conducting at the Vienna Conservatory in Austria, and studied piano and music theory at the Greek Academy of Music in Cyprus, Greece. He was on the faculty of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, has worked as director of music at several churches, and has also served as guest instructor and clinician for various university music camps and professional music teaching organizations as well as performing as an accompanist at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts. A passionate teacher, Panos loves to work with students of all ages and interests. He has a wonderful ability to meet the student where he or she is, and find out how best to interest and motivate them to learn and grow as musicians, always keeping the process joyful. Panos is also fluent in Greek and conversant in German.
