Michael Carver
Piano & Voice Instructor
Michael Carver, pianist, vocal coach, and choral conductor, studied at the NC School of the Arts and attended UNC Chapel Hill on a piano scholarship.
Michael was a freelance musician in the Washington, D.C. metro area for 20 years. Michael was guest artist (harpsichord), playing Handel’s “Messiah” for the Northern Virginia Community Chorus, Washington, D.C. Michael also appeared as guest artist (pianist), for the Dumbarton Recital Series, Washington, D.C. Michael was a regular soloist and accompanist on the Arlington UUCA Recital Series and has won several piano competitions and performed as a soloist with the UNC Symphony Orchestra.
