Gabriella has taught for nearly a decade in various music lesson studios and collegiate settings across Tennessee, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina, where she has programmed and organized recitals, concerts, workshops, and other educational music events. Most recently, she served as adjunct faculty at Walters State Community College. In addition to teaching, Gabriella served as music director at St. John XXIII University Parish and worked as an on-call vocalist and pianist for several churches across East Tennessee.
Gabriella has an eclectic range of performance experience and deep commitment to musical community-building. Her work spans opera, musical theater, jazz, choral music, and pop/rock—appearing in local events, solo recitals, concerts, and vocal workshops in cities from Knoxville and Atlanta to Philadelphia, Albuquerque, and even Arezzo, Italy. In East Tennessee, Gabriella founded and directed a semi-professional women’s choral ensemble and performed with an a cappella treble quartet, arranging music tailored to each ensemble’s unique sound. She has performed with community theaters and choirs, and even as part of a folk & bluegrass band—occasionally picking up the mandolin! She was also a recording artist and chorus member with the Hearts Sing! Chorus of Alzheimer’s Tennessee, Inc., and created a weekly volunteer program for her voice students to perform at a senior home. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Gabriella is passionate about creating spaces for connection through music.
